Bruce Patrick Anthony Adams, 61, of Hutchinson, died June 21, 2017, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. He was born May 10, 1956, in Manhattan, the son of Keith and Grace May (Swaim) Adams. Bruce graduated from Oskaloosa High School in 1974, and received his bachelors from Friends University. He retired from Social Rehabilitation Services as a case manager, and was a member of Andover Lutheran Church, Windom.

Bruce Patrick Anthony Adams, 61, of Hutchinson, died June 21, 2017, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. He was born May 10, 1956, in Manhattan, the son of Keith and Grace May (Swaim) Adams. Bruce graduated from Oskaloosa High School in 1974, and received his bachelors from Friends University. He retired from Social Rehabilitation Services as a case manager, and was a member of Andover Lutheran Church, Windom.
On October 15, 1977, Bruce married Debbie Mae Borgstrom at Andover Lutheran Church. She survives.
Other survivors include: children, Ben Adams and wife Yen Ngo of Louisburg, Megan Adams-Mauck and husband Jason of Oskaloosa; grandchildren, Quinton Mauck, Kai Mauck, and Colton Mauck all of Oskaloosa, and Brighton Adams of Louisburg; father, Keith Adams of Oskaloosa; siblings, Steve Adams and wife Jo, Pat Cress and husband Gary, Kevin Adams and wife Julie, Janette Adams, and Wade Adams, all of Oskaloosa, Kathy Adams of Topeka, Teresa Holz and husband Steven of Belvue ,and Stephanie Pechar and husband Jeff of Frisco, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother.
Cremation has taken place.
A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 27, 2017, at Andover Lutheran Church, 117 Dakota Rd, Windom, with Pastor Elizabeth Liggett presiding. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday through Monday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
