  • Rebels, Cimarron win at Bluejay Invitational

  • The South Gray Rebels dominated the second half of play to beat the Deerfield Spartans 66-44 in a first round game of the Bluejay Invitational. The Rebels led by only three at halftime, but outscored the Spartans by seven in the third quarter and 19-7 in the final quarter to record the victory. Carson Skidmore scored 20 points to lead South Gray (2-0) while Tate Skinner added 15 and Mike Martens 11 in the victory. Mike Mata scored 11 to lead Deerfield (1-1).
