    In a few sentences, explain why you decided to become an educator.
    As a student I always enjoyed the school atmosphere.  I always enjoyed going to school and playing sports. 
     
    Who is a teacher or professor who inspired you and how?
    Terry Cox who was my English teacher.  She pushed for perfection and did a good job of teaching me how to write well.
     
    Who is someone in current events who you admire and why?
    I do not know anyone in current events well enough to admire them.  I only see them on TV and such so I would not want  say without knowing them as a person
     
    What are the greatest challenges in education today?
    Teaching kids with disabilities and seeing kids struggle with the social and economic issues of our time.
     
    What advice can you offer for someone who wants to go into education?
    Make sure you love school and love kids before you do it.
