Michael James "Mike" Swope, 53, died Sept. 24, 2021 in Wichita.

He was born January 11, 1968, in Wichita the son of George A. and Theresa Zandler Swope. A longtime Zenda resident moving to Kingman in 2015, he was an extrusion operator for FabPro.

Mike was a member of the St. Patrick Catholic Church, Kingman.

On April 21, 2008, he married Irish Paraculles. Other survivors include sons Jarid Swope and Jacob Swope; daughters Michelle Irish Swope and Macy Lee Swope; his mother Theresa; brothers Dale, Tim, Daniel and Joel; sisters Carol Thimesch, Roxanne Mahnesmith and Cheryl Swope. He was preceded in death by his father George.

Parish rosary will be 7:00 p.m., Monday at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Kingman. Mass of Christian Burial will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday also at the Church. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday at the Livingston Funeral Home. Burial will be in the St. John Cemetery, Zenda.

Memorials may be made with the St. Patrick Grade School and Phoenix Hospice, both in care of the funeral home.
