Lloyd Pressley Elliott, 91, of Topeka, passed away Sunday, Nov. 13, 2011.
He was Kansas Branch Manager for The Trinity Companies. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Topeka, and Orient Masonic Lodge No. 291 A.F & A.M., Greensburg, and Scottish Rite, Wichita. He is survived by his wife Vivian, Topeka; a daughter, Linda R. Fegley, Denver, CO; and a son, Steven R. Elliott, Kansas City, MO. He was preceded in death by a sister, Vera Mae Bell, and two brothers, Leonard Elliott and Eugene Elliott. Funeral ceremonies will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2011 at the Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel, 1321 SW 10th Ave., Topeka. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service. Mr. Elliott will lie in state from 5-9 p.m., today, at the funeral home. A graveside ceremony was at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 17, 2011 at the Fairview Cemetery, Greensburg, KS.
