The May 2 groundbreaking of the business incubator, originally scheduled to kick off next weekend's Tragedy to Triumph celebration at 10 a.m., has been moved up to 7 a.m.
   The earlier hour has been set to enable the ceremony to be aired live on national television via the CBS Early Morning Show.
    City officials said Thursday morning plenty of food and live entertainment will be on hand at the 100 block of South Main, in the hopes such festivities will encourage the entire community to turn out for the event.
