Cricket County Academy
The KCHS Drama class will present “Cricket County Academy,” a one-act play by Eddie McPherson, at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 1, at the Mullinville Auditorium. The evening’s entertainment will begin with a short set by the Iron Mountain String Band at 7:30 p.m., followed by the play performance at 8:30. Seating is limited please purchase you ticket by Nov. 30 from a Drama Class student. Tickets are $3. A small number of tickets are also available at the KCHS office 620.723.2164 and can be reserved on a first come, first served basis.
Within Reach Film
The 5.4.7 Art Center will screen the film “Within Reach, One Couple’s Journey to find a Sustainable Community” and host the film makers starting at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday Nov. 29 at their building in Greensburg. The film heavily features Greensburg and its rebuilding efforts. Donations will be accepted at the door. Call 620.723.2600 for more information.

Barclay College will host its annual Campus of Light event on its Haviland campus starting at 7 p.m. on Monday Nov. 28. People will sing, and lights will go on all over campus.
Christmas Pageant
Barclay College will host its annual Christmas Pageant at 3 p.m. and again at 7 p.m. on Sunday Dec. 4 at Hockett Auditorium on their Haviland Campus. There will be live camels, singing and a traditional Christmas nativity scene.
