The Mullinville City maintenance shop where the disappearing fuel tank rested until sometime earlier this summer. Mullinville's City Council decided Monday night to set a deadline of September 5 for the tank to be returned. If the deadline passes without the tank having been returned authorities may be asked to investigate.
