Former attorney for deceased late-tern abortionist Georg Tiller, Dan Monnat, will be representing Mulinnville's Mark Ralstin, charged with having slain his wife November 6.

   Saying he needs time to assess his client's recently concluded mental evaluation, Pratt Attorney Michael Johnston asked for and received a continuance with regard to Michael Coyne of Mullinville having been charged with two counts of child rape.
