The 5.4.7 Arts Center will begin its summer class offerings with Double Wide Ceramics taught by Stacy Barnes. This class is open to adults 16 and up. Come and learn about clay and make exciting projects to take home in the GHS Art Room trailer! Techniques such as slab, coil, textures, glazing, and even a taste of using the potter’s wheel will be covered. Classes will be held for eight weeks, on Tuesdays from June 17-August 5, 7-9pm. Class fee is $80 and includes 25 lbs. of clay, tools, equipment, and firing fees. Just bring yourself and be ready to get dirty and have fun! Space is limited to 15, so sign up today!
