The County Clerk’s office released the complete list of Greensburg city election candidates following Tuesday’s noon deadline for registration.
Current mayor Robert Dixson will seek his second term and will run unopposed on the upcoming ballot. Current city council members Sandy Jungemann and Mark Trummel will seek reelection. Two additional candidates have registered for the city council position. Carolyn Irvin, a social services provider at the Kiowa County Memorial Hospital and James Crawley, the newly appointed Director of the Kiowa County Historical Society.
The Mayor and city council members serve four year terms.
