A preliminary hearing date in the Bryant Seba case has been set for 9 a.m. on Friday, October 18 in Pratt County District Court.
In a brief five-minute session Tuesday afternoon, District Court Judge Frank Meisenheimer heard and approved a continuance to allow time for attorneys on both sides to evaluate discovery (evidence) in the case.
Appearing for the state was Deputy Attorney General Victor Braden. Michael Brown appeared as court appointed attorney for Seba who is charged with one count of first-degree murder in connection with the July 24 shooting death of Alexandria Duran, one count of first-degree murder in the death of her unborn child and one count of attempted first degree-murder in the shooting and wounding of Brandon Wright.
The defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
