  • Wood accepts scholarships from FHSU

  • Mindy Wood of Haviland a 2013 Macksville High School graduate has accepted a $700 Fort Hays Bronze Academic Award. She also won the drawing for a $400 Student Recognition Program Scholarship for the 2013-2014 academic year at a recent Fort Hays State University Student Recognition Program in Great Bend.

  • Mindy Wood of  Haviland a 2013 Macksville High School graduate has accepted a $700 Fort Hays Bronze Academic Award. She also won the drawing for a $400 Student Recognition Program Scholarship for the 2013-2014 academic year at a recent Fort Hays State University Student Recognition Program in Great Bend.
    Wood is the daughter of Glen and Cynthia Wood of Haviland. She plans a career in optometry. Scholarship awards announced at each year's FHSU Student Recognition Programs are the first set of the following academic year's scholarships to be announced by the university.
