Mondo is a venture of the Alamo Drafthouse Theater chain that brings artists together to create unique movie posters for both classic and future films. If you’re unfamiliar with Mondo here are a few examples, or visit their website to see more of their mind blowing creations. <>

Their new show is called “In Progress” and features a collection of original sketches, concepts, and Line art that was later incorporated into their famous posters. Mondo operates out of a gallery space at 4115 Guadalupe St in Austin, TX. On the opening night of the show I had the opportunity to view the work and these sketches are wonderful pieces of art in their own right. <>
