If you wondered where Pam Muntz and I were earlier this week, I am here to tell you! Pam and I attended the Kansas State University Research and Extension Annual Conference in Manhattan, Kansas on the campus of Kansas State University. We met with other agents from all across the state and discussed how the previous year had gone.
At conference we worked with PFT groups, which stands fro Program Focus Teams. These groups focus on areas related to Agricultural, Natural Resource, and Family and Consumer Science issues. We bring feed back to K-State to work on for research. This is how Land Grant universities are supposed to work. We are very lucky to have such a university in Kansas. Kansas State takes pride in providing applicable research and knowledge to it’s fellow citizens in the state of Kansas.
I encourage you to stop by the office or talk to me about your ideas to help sustain and grow our community.
